I have a 69 convertible and have replaced all the interior with aftermarket seat covers and panels. My car is missing one of the rear panels that in above the arm rest where the top frame tucks in behind when down. On Ebay there is one for sale but it is blue, any opinions on whether the vinyl dye with cover this darker color or not.

Also, the parchment is such an odd color I am having trouble getting any of the paint shops to mix this since they don't seem to have a match available. Has anyone bought this dye and where did you get it?

I purchased the aerosol cans, 6 is the minimum order, want be able to try it for another couple of weeks when I do some interior work. I hope it matches the existing interior stuff. But anyway I will let you know.

I had a similar problem, with a armrest base on my 70 with white interior. I took the good base to the local fast food parts store and matched it to a cap of duplicolor. I bought two different shades and was able to closely match the previously color. Cost me around $5.00.
