Panel buildup ( Hair brain idea )

Quite often you will see questions about a fender lower then the hood in a couple of different places.

Door gaps to wide at the top or bottom

Does it sound feasible to panel bond that buildup rather then risk warpage by welding

I would not bond it. Just weld it in small sections at a time.
