I have three questions to help my restoration,

first what is the correct black color for a 1970 SS with black interior for the curved metal panel between the rear package tray and rear window and front pillar covers? Is it available in spray can?

Second, my car is red with black vinyl roof. Should the exposed metal area between the roof gutter and the stainless channel for the weatherstrip be red the same as the body color?

third, when I put on the vinyl roof should it completely cover the inside of the roof gutter and come up the outer gutter flange till it meets the stainlees trim cap for the gutter? If so does it go under the stainless trim or just butt up to it?

Any help for the above much appreciated.

hoffman, the metal between the drip rail and the weatherstrip retainer would be the body color. When installing the vinyl top, remove the drip rail stainless trim. The vinyl top should extend down into the gutter, then up onto and over the drip rail. Trim the edge about halway down the outer edge of the drip rail and reinstall the stainless trim.
