Where on the car is the damage? Acrylic Lacquer is still available through online sales and it would take some work to get a good match but a skilled painter with lacquer and tinting experience could do a repair if your paint is in good condition. I'd check into ordering up some color with some extra toners to tint for a good match, find someone who is willing to do the job right and tint and test for a good color match. Blending lacquer isn't very difficult and some areas of the car are easier to work than others. I wouldn't repaint if it's a good survivor-original paint says a lot for how well the car has been maintained. Bob
