Opinions: repair or replace front fenders.

I considered replacing both fenders or buying the repair patch panels. I do have extra 18 gauge metal. It doesn't look difficult to form my own patch panels. What are the thoughts of the forum?

Providing the rest of them aren't all crunched up or beat to hell, I'd patch them suckers and call it a day.

Other than a few door dings/small dents the rest of the fender look good.

If you have the ability it is much better to patch the original fenders than go to repro's. The new ones won't fit well and won't look as good as the original sheet metal. I made my own patch panels for both front fenders, and the bracing underneath. Check my web site to see what's involved.
