Just noticed that the AFR heads do not have the top bolts for the intake drilled...the four the go between the intake runners..using a GM 198 dual pane, and it has holes for these bolts..can I leave them out??..or am I shopping for a intake now??..

You will be fine. The ports are not that huge as to be exposed by the bolt hole. I have the 305's, and I just use a normal bolt, cut to size, and held in place by rtv. This is on a strip dominator.

I just tapped the hole in the intake, used a large bolt, cut to size. Can also pack it with JB Weld, tap to size so you can use a regular intake bolt - if you want all the bolts to look the same.
