I'd like to see a 2 cycle v8 or at the least a v6, racy. I think at one time there was a 2 cycle v8 but i cant find anything on it. Discontinued because of emissions regs.

The v8 bike thing has been done some many times now, first it was the sb chevy then bb mostly 502's now supercharged, cool but btdt.

I like the look of the second vtwin hemi better,although i don't see anything overly outrageous, still takes talent (and money) though. Awhile back i seen an article where someone done the same thing, only used the engine in a car i believe, carcraft or hotrod mag.

how could you ride it? maybe after a good dry heave or two....seriuosly, these things are all over socal, and yeah they sound cool, but they are pretty much considered by most to be circus wagons, kinda like that mailbu in the other thread with the 30" wheels. there will always be somebody who has to have one, but really kind of useless in the long run.....

The v8- bikes are kind of a luxury bike they sound cool and look fast as he** but in a real drag race a hayabusa will outrun any of them easy!! Maybe even a 600 these days would creme one of those things. Now the second bike that hoffbug posted is another thing!! Its out of control drag racing. Ive been on a 9 second hayabusa (9.85 at 148 stock bike except for the wheelie bar and slick) and its pretty hairy coming off the line. But not as hairy as a slick bouncing around some bumps on the top end while slowing down at 90 mph. Needless to say the bike threw me overboard. Live to tell about it. Ive always wanted to go 9 seconds and 200 mph on anything. Half way there. Paul.

u dont really need a slick on a busa, CBR, ZX-12R, etc, as the problem isnt traction, its wheelies. The wheelie bar would certainly help on that bike. A good rider, can dip these bikes into the high 9s at some insane mph with some of these bikes bone stock.

There's a visual. It would be one of those "life" moments. As in "Who am I? Where am I going? How am I doing? Will I live after gravity notices this monstrosity hovering over me?"

I would be thinking about nomex chin guards if I was riding that thing. ANd thinking about getting something else to ride.

There are some things that are just plain bad ideas...

What is cool is the windshield in the back of the scoop - look close. *Sort* of solves the problem of how to see what is straight ahead.

What I really wanted more of was the teaser model posing by "The last of the red hot two strokes". Worked for me

Im laughing at this post for 2 reasons..(1) my brother owns a big block boss hoss 502..the thing is just silly. putting a blower on one is like giving ice cubes to an eskimo.

funnier yet is that link to the drag bike..having seen quite a few top fuel bike runs, I would say that anyone getting on that bike cannot seriously think they will live to see the end of the run! look at the front end on that POS..looks like it came off an old honda v65 magna or something (tire also!)..I hope that was just on there for show purposes.
