Hey Guys,
(Brand new 454 W/about 600 Miles on motor)
We pulled two spark plugs on each side, and there is oil on one side of the each spark plug, can this be a ring issue or valve seal issue (all new rings and seals), what do you think?

sounds like you may have a worn valve guide or seal
