Up here in the cold frozen north it is a long time before racing season starts up again.......like five months....

For the bigger roller cams with 700 lift with high spring pressures.

Been thinking maybe it is a good idea to loosen off the rocker adjustment to take the pressure off the valve springs at least down to the seat pressure. This is probably better for the lifter rollers and cam as well.

Anybody out there doing this or is it just a bunch of work for no gain....?

Absolutely! :thumbsup:
If the motor is gonna sit all winter, it's a good idea to back off on all the rockers.
