Octane and Static Compression

I am looking at getting a new cam for my BB this winter. Would like a Voodoo due to its agressive ramp. If I have the money I wil get a set of RR ovals from Mike this winter and my question will go away. My dynamic compression with the 820 heads and the Voodoo 276/284 will be about 8.4 with everything else the same. I have the Kemco 130 Supreme which I can mix to get up to 105 octane. My question is. Is it safe to use this product to boost the octane up enough to avoid detonation damage? I dont drive that much a year so the additive cost is not a big issue. I can still get Sunoco 94 here.
