Is it possible to obtain a build sheet for my 69 chevelle ss.My dad swears up and down that I can.I loose more arguments than I care to admit. So, Im asking the experts before i stick my foot in my mouth. If i can get one, what do i need to do.Because it is very difficult in 69 to proove what it is or isnt without the build sheet.It can have all the #s matching engine,trans, rear and you still have the problem of some ss expert trying diss your ride.Well, abuild sheet would settle it.Thanks for all your help.

You cant get a BS. If you have a canadian built car, you can contact them and get verification and info.

NO, you cannot get an original buidsheet

The build sheet was used on the assembly line and not included with the vehicle. If you did not find it hiding in the car somewhere then you are out of luck. They were never put in the car but left there. Anything that was in sight was cleaned up but if the carpet was laid over it or it was behind a door panel then it would not have seen to be removed.

Canadian cars

They will not be able to give you a buidsheet. What you will get is a itemized list of options etc recreated from shipping records. They never saved the build sheets either.
