nove/chevelle steering column

Will these swap between the two cars? Its froma 69 nova and going to a 69 chevelle. I noticed the shaft is shorter so i replaced it with one from a velle. Other thatn that is the wiring the same? It appears to be and all the clips attach properly.

Wiring is pretty standard those years, so if it fits ok with the longer steering shaft you should be ok. Mounting plate from the column to the car may also be different as well as the firewall seal plate.
