bought a 85 200x three wheeler basket case 2 years ago for 100 bucks. sold the mystery motor and harness for 150 and the frame for 150. I see a 200x frame for sale online and realize it's the same one I sold 2 years ago. End up buying it back for $60. Now I'm trying to convince myself to go ahead and get it running. I've got a some parts, but will need to order quite a few parts. jim Tire Wheel Automotive tire Vehicle Motor vehicle Wheel Plant Tire Motor vehicle Automotive tire

I crushed both heels and ankles, had 4 reconstructive surgeries, and was in casts for a year and a half, and I'm still screwed up 28 years later. Three wheelers are bad news.

I spent a lot of time on a Honda 185 when is was 14-17. Loved that thing. I figured out you can go through VERY deep water by standing on the rear grab bar and letting the front tire float. Just fyi. 😁

My friend had one. Honda 250R engine. That thing was faster than you know what! He got pitched off it a couple times & sold it. 3 wheelers are dangerous.

Then he bought a Slowzuki 4 wheeler 500 Quadzilla & had the bright idea to put a twist throttle on it like a motorcycle.
That was a really bad idea. They put a thumb throttle on for a reason. I visited him in the hospital. He was happy on morphine with broken ribs, punctured lung, broken arm & a few messed up fingers.

I was given a 86 Honda TRX200SX last year. It is addicting! Mine was “rode hard and put away wet”! Got it running, but smokes and no front brakes. Will be working on brakes over the winter. Will keep fogging the neighborhood for mosquitoes for the time being. LOL

That was nice of someone to store the frame for 2 years and pay you $90. Good deal on your end, Jim!

My best friend had a 3 wheeler in the 70's, riding it next to concrete delivery trucks on a service road you can guess what happened...yep bounced right under the back wheels of a fully loaded cement truck, his parents (my daughter Gparents yrs later) had to OK for a specialist to fly in from Wa. state to put his ankle back together, no thx but I know riding is 100% addictive

where we ride is pretty flat dirt roads, the 350x can top out over 60mph, I put around maybe 25mph. I'm too old to be jumping and going nuts. it's just a nice big bike with full suspension, disc brakes and a 4 stroke so easy to ride, turn and stop. Just really kills my knee kick starting it. jim
