I've been looking for well over a year for a set of original 1970 Red Floor mats with no luck.

I saw an auction on E-bay where the high bidder purchased a very large collection of NOS mats.

I contacted him and he said he has hundreds of sets of NOS mats in most Colors. He has a 5000 Sq. Ft. warehouse full of NOS Passenger car parts.

He easily found a 1970 set in Red and they are the prettiest set I've seen.

Truly NOS.

If anybody is looking for a correct set of NOS mats this may be a good resourse.

I agree...... In Black.

The Red? Not even Close............. Not even remotely close. About the difference between Red and Burgendy.

I bought a reproduction Set in Red and it was so far off, I wasn't even comfortable reselling them. I threw them away.

Like everything else, if you have an off color interior piece other than black, the vendors never match them right.

And vinyl dying the Rubber mats isn't an option obviously.


As far as pricing, I'll let him set those, It's not a for sale Ad, just a rare part resource notification.

If you have an interior Color other than Black, you know how hard these are to find.

Colors .....your absolutely correct I found NOS Bronze ones .......the repo's are close .......I get comments all the time on the mats

Good God! I just checked out the E-bay seller's store. NOS 70 rear floor mats for nearly $350! That is insane.

For rear mats? $75 tops. Those are plentiful in comparison to Red fronts.
