The BIN is way up there IMO and I could do without the smoothed body-colored firewall, but man this thing's purdy!

A lot of things "incorrect" in terms of how it left the factory, but a darn nice car nonetheless.
I agree with comments about changes and incorrectness. The details are outstanding. I don't think I've ever seen a Standard (13480) model '66 of that quality. I think I would have preferred that it have the original red bench seat interior to maintain the "no frills" Standard look. Might as well have it all red! :)

Gotta love it that it's an "L79" and engine is an L30 275hp engine with a "hotter" cam and now making 350hp. A 75hp gain with a cam change is pretty good.

1966 El Cmaino 327 V8 L79 4 Speed. 275HP now 350HP with the upgraded cam.

"HA" engine code is 65 327/250 full size car, 67-68 327/275 full size car, or 69 350/300. Wonder which was chosen for this L79 that was never put in Chevelles in 1966. Dealer's like this are a frigging joke.
