66,600 original miles, literally owned by the little old lady next door, who has had it for 16 years. 1000 miles on rebuilt 350. New master cylinder, brakes, tires, new reapolstered head liner, seats, and door panels. Basically body work paint and trim. EEEE Haww. I say that now. Just removed the rusty front bed panel. No picnic.

You pulled the whole back wall of the cab? It didnt look that bad from the pic?

What plans do you have for the car? Any prior body work? If not, then it looks like it wont be too bad.

Not that bad, if you compare it to the link in my sig. I would swap you in a heart beat. There is a guy on ebay in San Diego who is selling a complete 71 Vannuys body for 1000 that does not need any work. (If I had a few grand, I would snatch it to save me a bunch of cash) It is just a shell, so it might be of some assistance if you choose to go that way instead of spending a lot on sheetmetal.

I could have fixed the top but the bottom was totally ashes. I really feal better now after looking at your bucket. The bottom pretty much looks the same though. Any half way, easy way to remove a rino liner from the bed? They just sprayed it without roughing it up. I'm thinking of heating with a propane and pulling it up. It'll come up with vise grips and some effort.
