Upgrades? You can upgrade the Chevelles??

I have started with 17" wheels, underdash radio kit, mini torque starter, and aluminium radiator.

Next up.... CPP Pro Touring Stage 3 kit, (includes power disc brake conversion, coil overs, swap bars, and more!)

Then this winter will be rust repair on floors, trunk, minor quarter and fenders, and new gas tank.

Ive been saving for years to build a classic muscle car and a bought a drivable project that I could make mine.

That looks a lot like the car I had in the 70's and early 80's. :thumbsup: It was butternut yellow to start with. Lacquer paint kept fading to white so I had it painted a corvette yellow whatever that was called which was a shade or two darker. Mine had 14" rocket racing wheels, and had trim around the wheel openings, but aside from that, looked just like yours. Hope mine is holding up as well if it's not the same car.

Never realized there were so many of us in the Portland area. I counted 11? Guess we will all run into each other down the trail sometime. I'm in Spokane for the Goodguys show this weekend and the "Night of Fire" at Spokane raceway tonight. Wife, and our three granddaughters have been here camping in North Idaho the last 14 days, Priest Lake to be exact, "Maui of the North". Will try to post some Chevelle/GM pix of the show and race next week sometime.
