Just put a set of Headman headers on yesterday. After I drove it for about a hour to get them heated up, I rechecked the bolts. All the bolts moved about a 1/4 to a 1/2 inch. They are now all tight. Am I good to go or will they have to be checked again after driving some more. What do you exhaust guys think?

I check my bolts all the time , I have a few that just tend to back out ever so slightly, there are header bolt from ARP may want to give them a try.
there is a certain type of lock washer that's very small in circumference a tad bigger than the flange head on the header bolt they work great. there is a name for them but IDK what it is. you can buy them at an Industrial HDWE store i found out about these years ago at the HDWE by accident from another customer been using them ever since. Generally, you will have to snug them up a few times if you don't want them to leak down the road.
I just keep a wrench in the car and check them after driving for a while.
After a half dozen times they will get their set and stay after that usually.
I you run into problems with them loosening, lock washers like this have worked in the past.

Tacoma Screw! When I lived up there I loved that place. They always had all the odd ball automotive grade bolts to these cars.

Ya, I'm born and raised from the other side of the Narrows, and spent my Army time in West Germany
My grandfather was career air force, was stationed in Germany, and married my grandmother (she’s German). Then he retired from mcchord and stayed in the area. So I was able to spend lots of time with them while I was up there.

Lots of good training areas. Jus don’t drive on the DZ or your unit will get a fine for disturbing the ground nesting butterflies!

Proform sells header bolts that have wedge washers on them. I bought a set for my car and they work great. I put them on and tightened them once or twice after running the car and the washers are the best for keeping the bolts tight.

That's cool.
Growing up on the peninsula was way different than the I-5 corridor. (We were considered hicks and ********.)
It was a sportsman's paradise back the in the day. (To many people know of the secret places, so not secret anymore)
The car seen was crazy in the 70's - early 80's. The cruising in Bremerton then would rival what was portrayed in American Graffiti.
Used to take an hour to make it through town down the main drag and it was only 6 blocks.

I like it up there. My parents have a few acres up in Sequim.
