New guy from Miami

Hey everyone my name is Yulian, and i recently purchased a '69 Chevelle/malibu rolling chassis. I currently own a 2001 base model Trans Am, and a 2002 Collectors Edition Trans Am. I love my late model muscle cars and im pretty familiar with these fourth gens, but ive always had a thing for older/muscle cars.

Id like to start a build thread to document my progress and to get help from you guys along the way. Ive already found a bunch of info on here, but id like to ask a few introductory questions.

1. First off, are all malibu's chevelles? Just like my TA's are firebirds. Or are the SS cars the ones with the chevelle nomeclature.

2. Also, id like to find out more info on my car using the tag deciphering section. But what number do you need, the tag on the firewall or the vin on the dash?

Haha thanks. I just took the one of my maroon car this Thursday. I gotta get some new ones of my yellow car cause I recently installed the front license plate filler.

Two other Miami guys in one thread!!! Here I was thinking I was the only one down here....Welcome guys. Good looking Birds Yulian, I almost bought a red WS6 abouta month ago, shouldnt have passed it up. I like the picture over by the Parrot Jungle Island, Ive done some shoots over there with a few of my friends, its a good place for pics. You have to wait until night time when they turn on the under-bridge lights, that makes for a killer picture! What part of Miami are you in?
