just installed new dash harness with fuse box and the lumination terminal does not have power,i used a power test light and there is no power to that terminal and the gauges terminal with 4 amp fuse did not show any power to it also, but the dash gauges was showing fine ,any ideas? thanks

You need to turn on the headlights to see power at that fuse. The rheostat will control how much voltage you see, so turn it up or you won't see power. The power comes from the headlight switch to the fuse box then to the instrument lights.
