It's been a while since i posted.( Dealer closed, lost my job, got a new one, happy to be working, long story)Anyway, last time I posted I was whineing about the new engine and how I was hoping for 10's, but that hasn't happened.
Last time out at Infenion (Sears Point). It ran its best. 1.54 60ft 11.19 1/4 mile. After a few small changes it finally reacted to some adjustements.
I changed rear tire pressure from 11.5 to 13psi. and added rear jet extensions to the carb.
The old combo had its best 60 ft at 11.5.psi in the rear tires. After watching some video and seeing the tires squash, the new combo hits the rear tire harder. So I went up on the pressure.
Still looking at some other changes and adding a rear sway bar. but pretty happy with the latest results.
Just thought I would share. Thanks

Jim, It has a Dick Miller rear suspension setup. with adjustable upper and lower arms, and relocated upper arm brackets. Competition Engineering shocks front and rear.
Thanks Ratso. The mph was 117.53. it ran 119 at Sacramento on an 11.3 pass earlier this year.
