Hello all. I have been a long time lurker on this site and I finally decided to join. I have been a member of Team Camaro for quite some time and I find myself surfing this site just as often. Just wanted to say hi and I look forward to participating on the site. Matt

69 Camaro...the best gm body style ever!
69 Camaro...has no leg room, actually has no room inside
So cool folks dont even bring them out to share.
Gots to be 69 camaro hoarders in the 1000s
Even in the late 70s to early 80s those cars were already snatched up and put into hiding
I never even came across a 69 into the 80s that I even had a chance to buy on the cheap
like other cool cars back then.
Plenty of chevelles and mustangs back then but not the elusive 69 camaro
I felt they were a just a bit junky for my taste...very easy on the eyes for sure!

LOL, 69 Camaro's have become some what of a unicorn these days. I agree, there are a ton of them at the car shows and in the magazines but you never see them driving on the street. Before my motor gave up the ghost, I was cruising every Saturday morning for about 2-3 hours. I would rack up about 140 miles in a weekend. These cars don't get driven enough. It is scary though these days with all of the lunatics on the road ,driving a classic car is a risk in itself. Even with insurance and full coverage, it is hard to replace a cherished ride in the event of a total loss. I have owned my 69 for 22 years. It is a member of the family.

Welcome to the other team Matt. I did the same thing as you did except reversed as I'm a long time Chevelle member who joined Team Camaro too.

My 1st car was a 67 327 3 spd Butternut yellow with blk vinyl top/int. Camaro that my friend and me put a muncie 4 spd in since him & his dad needed a 3 speed trans for a truck they were fixing up to sell and they had a 4 spd on the garage floor, that was in 75 but then my dad sold MY car to a friend of his, long story, Welcome to Team Chevelle
