i am going to do a tune up this coming week and wanted some suggestions on what parts everyone is having good luck with

i was thinking of going with

accel extreme 9000 wires or MSD wires
ac delco plugs or NGK plugs
need a good cap and rotor kit
and i also need a good coil

any comments/suggestions are more than welcome
