Jim, the url is invalid.
I did go to Holley and they said it could be 600-850 CFM.
I'll have to research a little more. It has chromed fuel bowls.
I'll check for more numbers.

Just saw the PDF file. Listed just as Jim said 600 CFM. But metering block numbers are different? Checked the throttle bore diameters at 1.563 as listed (1 9/16).

4776...Holley says 600cfm double pump, IF it is still in its original configuration, the chrome fuel bowls indicate they have been “updated” or whatever, the -3 after the 4776 indicates the third version, like a -1 would indicate the first version, metering block #’s are ...?.

those are the traditional numbers left over from the 60's. New production may/will have different numbers. many are 5-digit. Your buddy google knows about them too. just search google with a term like Holley LIST #3310 or whatever.

From the Holley Illustrated Parts & Specs Manual,

LIST - 4776 - 3 listing,
4776 - 600 cfm, first design, A/M (aftermarket), dual diaphragm pump (manual secondaries, dual feed, dual accelerator pumps)
-3 - 3rd revision from original design, could be anything, jetting, accel pump cams, bowls, name it.

Good carb for a moderate compression ratio, solid lifter 283/327 with 3, 4 or 5 speed manual trans
