I removed the steering wheel and horn ringassembly almost 3 years ago, and cannot remember or figure out exactly how to reinstall the hardware properly. And can't for the life of me figure out where the spring mounts either... does anyone have an assembly diagram, or could someone walk this idiot through the reassembly process... Thanks in advance! btw, it is the standard wheel and horn ring...
