Does napa sell decent quality paints?

Like all paint stores, NAPA has more than one level/grade of paint. Most, but not all, NAPA stores sell Martin-Senour, Acme and Crossfire. Those products are actually made by Sherwin Williams.

You have to decide if you are going to use acrylic enamel single stage, urethane enamel single stage or basecoat/clearcoat. Then how much you want to spend.

There are some differences in brands of paints, but generally speaking, each brand will get the job done.

Napa also sells Sherwin Williams Planet Color Line which is all candy paints in a large variety of colors and varying hues, Mine has been painted 6 years with no complaints Planet Color from Napa.
