Have any of you used this system. Does it work well. I have little room for a nitrous system and this one will fit (the plate systems would push my air cleaner up into the hood)

I have no experiance with nitrous and would love any tips.

My engine is a Vortec pro 468, 10.5 to 1 solid lifter roller cam engine. Dyno 630 hp 619 torque corrected.. Iron heads mall pistons

I dont need the N.O.S the car runs very hard now but I like to do stupid things:D

Thanks for any info

They work very well, like Dan said we have a buddy who picked up .4 seconds in the 1/8th with it. We also hid it so well no one could find it.

Here is the basic way we did it.
Our buddy had a dual feed carb that we split the fuel line going to the rear bowl and fed it up into the air cleaner and hooked it directly to the fuel selinoid. We snuck the NOS line up through the rear section of the air cleaner lid and secured the line to the NOS noid and then attached them to the air cleaner. Install the little donut looking thing on the carb stud and install a WOT switch and that was basically it.

You do not need a seperate regulator for the fuel noid doing it this way, your fuel pressure for the NOS system will be the same you run your carb at (probably approx. 7 lbs.) just stagger the jets to make up for the increased fuel volume and you will be good to go. Start with something like a 50 NOS jet and a 46 fuel jet and go from there.

After you max out the Top Shot you will probably want a Fogger !

Note* we did this all with one single little Holley Red pump and had no issues. This was with a 700+ hp 528 in Wedge engine in a 4000 lbs. car.

I always liked the top shot kits..... We ran them back in high school in the early 90s.....hid all the lines with rubber pcv hose (3/8" rubber fuel hose)...... Back then my old Trans Am went from 13.20s to 12.30s spraying from the middle of 1st on.....

This very thought has crossed my mind in the last few months.....:secret:
