Evrytime I read one of your builds, first thing I do is question myself as to why did I build a bullet proof GMPP Sportsman based short block amd commit to choke it with a tiny 242/249, .650/.650,112lsa hyd roller and some 310cc heads?

There are a number of magazines out there with "professional writers" that could probably benefit quite a bit if they spent some time looking at how your articles are presented

I haven't been out to ck yet if this one's there yet. I know they were getting last months with the Dart 400" buildup around March 15th.

That cam has been in this thing forever. There are quite a few folks here on the Forum that have ridden in it as well as driven it. They'll all tell you it's a wuss to drive even with the stick.

540Olds was at my shop a couple of months ago checking out the EFI system and was amazed at how tame it sounds and idles. :boring:

When I threw the magazine editor behind the wheel last summer when we did the 2500 mile road trip in it...he got the hang of driving it with the non synchro GForce trans in about 1/2 a mile.

It's all in the tune. Little cams just make it easy....big cams pin your eyeballs back when you hit 3rd gear!!
