I'm getting ready to change the diff. fluid in my '70 Chevelle 12-bolt and am considering swapping out the stock diff. cover for either a Moser or Trick Flow with a drain hole to make future fluid changes easier. I thought I'd just take a little poll to see which cover other members have used and their preferences. I tend to lean toward Moser but I'd welcome any and all opinions.

Thanks in advance.

The more things change the more they stay the same. That cover is just like the covers they made 10 years ago.

They are exactly the same as far as I can see, I would just get the cheaper one. (although I do have the Moser)

Just remember, 25 ftlbs on the cover bolts, 5 ftlbs on the cap buttons, 10 ftlbs on the lock nuts for the cap button screws.

To me they look little different the Trickflow has cooling ribbs and the Moser doesn´t.

I think the Moser cover is made by TA, but not sure if you look on my Tom cover were the support bolts sits it´s different from the Moser cover wich is countershunk where the support bolts sits?

Think Trickflow make their owns also heard that the summit cover is made by Trickflow looks same and has same specs except for Summit or no loggo vs the Trickflow loggo. Buy wichever you like best think they are equal in strenght? I have a cover from Tom´s made by TA with Toms loggo. I like the design without ribbs best but think the stainless bolts that are included with the Trickflow/summit cover is a upgrade over the black oxided ones included with with the TA and Moser covers the last ones rusts over the years.
