Hope no one would get mud on said Bronco.....

But no idea why you would do that on stage, but hey, maybe hes practicing running for office.

Same thing happens at car shows, seen it a couple of time, the worst are smokers, and women.
I do the DJ music at a few car shows every year, and I see kids not being under their parents supervision putting their hands all over the cars and getting in without owner permission. You want to see an owner get really bent out of shape, let him catch someone's pet (on a leash too) taking a whizz on custom wheels.

There’s only a fraction of actual car guys at these things. Not even all the bidders are real car guys and most of them come with some sort of entourage of hangers-on who get to feel important for a day. I’m sure the guy who thought a $350K Bronco was a coaster is just the tip of the douche-baggery iceburg at that event.

Seem to me that most of the disrespect takes place when a car event is added onto another festival (example county fair or 4th of July celebration/etc) where the majority of the people in attendance are not car people. It’s even worse when there is no fee to enter said festival. That really brings in the riff raff. When most of the folks in attendance came in a classic car (typical car cruise) then most are respectful.

Well the guy on stage that describes the cars and details, always touches things hes describing ! I'm thinking to myself , get your damn hands off the car idiot! , Just point at what you are talking about! He even once was trying to manually open the hidden headlight cover on a Camaro Z28 .

30 years ago my buddy built a 29 A Tudor street rod from the ground up and was at a show and came back to his car and 2 kids were sliding down the front fender while the dad watched. I believe words were exchanged. 😁

The biggest jerk that I have ever seen on TV was Barry Meguiar on that show Car Crazy! For those of you who have seen that show when it used to air, know what I'm talking about. That A-hole would put his hands all over peoples' cars right in front of them. Sometimes the watch he was wearing would come mighty close to scratching the paint. And he is supposed to be a car guy, Lol, Just an A-hole with money, that's all.
