I am doing a auto to manual conversion on my 68 chevelle. The car has been hacked on pretty bad. The brake pedal assembly master cylinder push rod was basically a long rod with a hole drilled in the end and bolted to the brake pedal arm and shoved into the hole of the master cylinder with no adjustment. Where can I find the correct push rod? I have poked around on the net but I haven't found one yet.

Also I have the pedal assembly but not any of the zbar or clutch linkage stuff where would be a good place to find this stuff

make sure you use the right rod if its to long it will
damage your booster...when i bought a brake booster
{reman} for my cararo the rod came with it

you might check on line with couple of the restoration
places...i've seen it availble some where

Thanks I will check it out. This is a manual brake system no brake booster wish it had power brakes I make check into it later if it doesnt cost too much.
