Has any one seen or used or even heard of any kits. For a 327 in a chevelle (of course)that has the alternator mounting on the passenger side. I have a 1965 chevelle with power steering and headers. Iam looking for a whole system that will work good and look good to. I don't like all the kits that mount every thing on the drivers side. Any help would be great

Thanx guys and gals

Check http://www.marchperf.com/pg14.html or http://www.marchperf.com/pg11.html . If you have the room above the valve covers, they have kits that are "inward" mount as well.

I just put a March kit on my 67 BB and, all in all, wasn't too difficult...story at http://www.dalesplace.com/march/march_page_1.htm . Not much reference between small block and big block but you may find it interesting.

Re:pass. side alt. bracket

You could use a long water pump and all the associated brackets off a 73-7? I used the brackets off a 74 nova because my new block didn't have the holes for the power steering pump. Instead of the chunky upper bracket I used the old curved one just cut-down. I wish I had a picture this is hard to describe. It made me mad to have to use the long pump but I was broke and so was my 327. So I used the 350 out of my Nova that I had sold to buy the 66 El camino. I don't like the billet aftermarket style they make me sick. Sorry not trying to offend anyone. Sorry I probably didn't help.
