Hey Tony thanks for the list! I’m stockpiling parts for a very similar build now. For the PSI harness, did you end up getting their LSA harness and LSA computer? I’m thinking it sound integrate with the LY6 and blower just fine but curious if that’s the route you took on the ECU and harness.

I am using the following:
HAR-1038
PCM-1009
PCM-1008-T4L60E15
TCM-1003-4L80E
ACC-1007 ~ Corvette Accelerator Pedal 2007 - Current
ACC-1005 ~ GM LS3 Mass Air Flow Sensor (MAF)
ACC-1006 ~ GM LS3 MAF Sensor Holder
ACC-1003 ~ Oxygen Sensor,4 Wire Triangular Gray (E38) You will need 2.
ACC-1024 ~ Oxygen Sensor Bung. You will need 2.
EXT-1010-LSA ~ MAP Extention Harness LSA Blower (Delphi to Bosch) 20"

Are you using a 4L80? I will also talk with the owner of PSI to see if I can get you a discount.

Thanks for the detailed break down! Helps a lot. I currently have gen 3 hardware (24x, ECU and harness) but stockpiling parts to add an LSA blower. The more I research the more I like the benefits of upgrading to a gen 4 ECU and subsequently a new harness. Since I’m starting from scratch I’m wondering if the ZL1 harness and ECU is the way to go...? I’m running a manual trans so no issues with needing a TCU. I do believe a call to PSI is in order for me. Thanks again!

Would it be better to purchase a LT4? What power and $$ difference between your build and an LT4 with pulley upgrade? Do you think the LT4 would fit with the stock AC suitcase?

Thanks
Nelson
