OK I have a few questions..

Build dates, How big a gap between the block, Heads, Trans, Rear end and the car?

Earliest LS6. Last 70 LS6?

I am guessing all info would also be correct for the 396/402 dates also.

Just trying to compile some clear data for personnel reference.

Thanks in advance.

As with any other year or model, anywhere from a few days out to 3 months or so is considered acceptable. Engine peripheral things like exhaust, distributor, etc. should probably be before the engine stamp date. Although these were installed after the date stamp, I think it's accepted they were already on hand at Tonawanda so engine could be vacuum and hot tested before shipment.

Earliest is sometime in mid to late December, 1969. Someone here has a list of earliest known from different plants. Don't think I've seen data on latest but I imagine right up to the time Chevrolet stopped taking orders for 1970 model year.

Individual & component parts-wise, yes. Early vs. late production-wise, no.
