Can I use 2 inch lowering springs on my 70 SS and still use the 15 inch wheels I have? Are there any cons to doing this and will I have to change anything else? I have air shocks in the rear.

I have seen cars put on the 2" lowering springs and not drop an inch due to spring sag. If you can find a car that has the stance you like talk to the owner as to what he has done. I rebuilt a 72 that has such a bad set of springs when the new ones came in the front was even higher then with spacers in.

Is there a measurment I can take to see if my springs are tired? Ground to frame or whatever?
