Hey guys need some advice on lowering my chevelle. I am looking to lower front and rear about 3". Any reccomendations on lowering springs or possibly air bags? I have tried coilsprings.com...no answer after 2 weeks.

i lowered my 67 frontend 3" by cutting one coil out of the spring

I used 2" drop spindles and 1" Hotchkis drop springs. The car ride is great.

Beware on drop-spindles, many are junk, some are mediocre, and none are great.

If the steer arm is cast to the upright, avoid it like the plague.

Did you lower the rear that much too? If so, how? Do you have a picture?
