I don't think the brakets have much to to with the height.Maybe you could cut the feet off,cut some height off then weld them back on?
Lowering front bucket seats?
I have a 71 SS454, buckets, all original. I'm the second and 7th owner (long story). I'm 6 ft 2 in, and the seats are not only too high, the lean way back. If I adjust the bumpstops, my head will touch the headliner! Any place to get different seat rails? Any ideas?
