Looking for Mechanic LI area

I recently had my 68 396BB redone and they did a great job but I wanna get a few things checked out for my own piece of mind which includes timing initial and total also vacuum advance is not hooked up it was before the rebuild carb is a 750 holley DP was rebuilt and wanna check for throttle response and make sure it is adjusted properly so I am looking for some one knowledgable with thes cars
