60% less of what? The cost of an original/correct harness? The harness is on sale? Is this an original style harness or a cheaper, built-differently knock-off?

There really isn't a need for ceramic plugs unless you you are using some really exotic lighting, and if that's the case, you would need a different harness anyway to deal with teh current draw.

The front light harness was advertised at about $40 and it comes cut for a Chevelle. It has ceramic which will take a lot of heat, but that is not what I need, just looking to see if anyone used this style harness and was OK with it. The cost is very inexpensive.

That's why I asked what "this" is.... links are always helpful to determine worth.
Not to sound cliché but the old adage you get what you pay for is almost always true, there are few exceptions.

Darren, Semper Fi, Joe, you guys have the harness I was trying to describe, I am not god at computer stuff. I did not read anything on this harness, but was wondering if anyone has used it and what results were had. Thanks, Roland

From post #9 in the link above. Looks like he actually tried it.

I got it yesterday. Copper you are right the headlight connectors are ceramic but the outside is the cheep plastic. And I don't see this blade connector on my 70. Am I missing something? Maybe I have to look more.
I also saw the cheep see-through relays and thought the same thing. However I have lots of Boush relays from the junk yard that should work.
However, if this works and the plastic on the connectors hold up it will do exactly as I wanted. I should have brighter lights with little install time. Instead of having to build the harness myself. I will eventually go the BMW HID route , but for now this should suffice .

Ok, after reading about the Chinese junk on the cheap harness, I am going to go with the stock set up. Somehow, I knew there might be issues with the cheap stuff, I know, you get what you pay for.
