What lifters would you recomend for a 540 gen 6. cam is a comp cam 260/268 108 lsa 714 lift.Springs as recomended by comp (991-16). I am looking for lifters at a good price that will work well for street/strip use. I intended to use solid roller lifters, but now i hear talk about running hdraulic rollers with comp "420 lobes". My guess is Solid rollers would work best or?

If you want no problems spend the $1000 for Isky EZ-Roll X lifters. Look on their website and then shop around for the best price. Wolfplace can probably hook you up.

Morel introduced a budget friendly pressure fed oiling roller lifter for SBC and BBC 2 years ago. The Sportsman Pro solid roller is offers the features of a $1000 lifter set but sells for under $600 for a BBC. If we can be of help let us know.
