Legend Gear and Transmission LGT700 vs. Tremec TKO Case Size

I've posted the pictures here so you can compare the case differences between these two units; everyone is concerned about floor mods and the pictures speak for themselves.

This is a test mule and shows a mid-shift position rather than the proper A body shifter position.

Dumb question, which one is which?
Dummy X2.
How about a comparison between a Muncie 4 speed and the LGT700.

Thanks
TKO is the one with the flat top and access plates.

Jeff,

What is the helix angle of the Legend LGT700 gearset?

She looks good!

Good question and I wish I could answer that on the fly. The helix angle varies on each gear and I've asked Shafi to gather that information so I can reply.

Thanks for the compliment!

Just curious - does that mean no pricing discussion or what exactly?

Correct. Pricing needs to be discussed in a PM or email. If Shafi wants to pay for a vendor forum then all aspects including pricing can be discussed.

Payment has been caught up as of yesterday but I'll wait for your go ahead before going any further.
Jeff,

Has the venting been tested at the present location in these pictures? It appears the vent is directly over the maindrive gear?

I do have to say the overal view of the transmission looks compact and promising for the "A" body. Again, great job.........

Oh yeah, vent location is good to go. Yes, the overall size is very compact and it will be a no cut install on the A bodies. It weighs in at 106 lbs so it's just a bit heavier than the RS and TKO even though it's smaller.

Length will be almost identical to TKO (LGT= 24.05"/TKO= 24.07") so it will be a direct swap for those models with a minor crossmember adjustment.
