Do you guys recommend reinstalling the factory reinforcement bars for the upper control arms when using a set of Lakewood Lift Bars? The factory bars I am speaking of are the ones that connect the upper and lower control arms on 65-67 Chevelles. It should be noted that I did not install the Lakewood bars yet so I don't even know if you can still attach the factory supports so if you can't or shouldn't please let me know.

Thanks.

Hello
I would suggest reinstalling them or go with a aftermarket brace. Due to the fact of the insurance on the frame mounts and eliminate any issues with either cracking or bending them as well. Below is a link to show you what UMI Performance has to offer!

If you have any other questions feel free to ask and I will be more than glad to help!
Thanks

Thanks guys. I actually saw the frame UMI had a Carlisle on Sunday and noticed they had the braces on. You guys were packing up so I didn't stop to bother you but thanks for answering the question posted here.
