My local Ace hardware store carries it...
Used some yesterday in fact to touch up rear control arms that are ready to install.

I get mine at Advance Auto Parts, and K Mart. FYI I have tried both the regular and the rust tough. I like the look and flow of the regular way better. I don't know what your painting but I also think the semi flat looks more correct than the semi gloss.

I just bought a can of the Krylon semi-gloss at Walmart. It didn't say rust tough on the can, but it is indoor/outdoor and for use on metal.

IMHO, the Rustoleum 7777 is better, and you can find it in Home Depot in both rattle can and quart form. When I tried the Krylon, I picked it up at Checker. Take a look at the Rustoleum. If you're trying to match underhood colors, it's better.

I used Rustoleum SATIN under the hood and on chassis parts and semi-gloss on the dash. Looks like factory. It's in a white can and labeled for indoor and outdoor use. Also comes in quarts for spraying. Can't beat it.

i sure like the way the krylon flows, seems to have a better tip... looks real nice when done.
I've always liked Krylon. http://www.krylon.com/locator/ shows a list of where you can buy it at. Ace Hardware seems to only carry Semi Flat [Black], at least the one near me. I dig that color though. Semi Flat and Semi-Gloss are great. Eastwood's paints are nice as well, but they are double the price or more of Krylon.
