IMHO, the Rustoleum 7777 is better, and you can find it in Home Depot in both rattle can and quart form. When I tried the Krylon, I picked it up at Checker. Take a look at the Rustoleum. If you're trying to match underhood colors, it's better.having a impossible time finding the Krylon rust tough enamel semi gloss black/rattle can. spent the better part of a day looking. anybody have a for sure place to buy it? best price? thx.
I used Rustoleum SATIN under the hood and on chassis parts and semi-gloss on the dash. Looks like factory. It's in a white can and labeled for indoor and outdoor use. Also comes in quarts for spraying. Can't beat it.IMHO, the Rustoleum 7777 is better, and you can find it in Home Depot in both rattle can and quart form. I've always liked Krylon. http://www.krylon.com/locator/ shows a list of where you can buy it at. Ace Hardware seems to only carry Semi Flat [Black], at least the one near me. I dig that color though. Semi Flat and Semi-Gloss are great. Eastwood's paints are nice as well, but they are double the price or more of Krylon.i sure like the way the krylon flows, seems to have a better tip... looks real nice when done.
