The poser 4x4 guys do that here. 15x18" wheel with a 33x12.5-15 tire mounted to it.
????????? Hope they run beadlocks!

What's with the pipe organ look in Japan? When does it become couterproductive to have that much crap literally hanging off your car? I wouldn't think you could go over 30 mph before the wind would rip the "stacks" off the back of your car.

Don't laugh, remember what many of our cars looked like during the 70's ... even Detroit played along ala the 10th anniversary edition Trans Ams factory with silver metalic seat covers and silver shag carpeting ... not to mention the N50s shoved under flared fenders on your Nova that was jacked up in the rear with extra leafs, air shocks and extended shackles (don't forget the white painted rear differentials and the cherry bombs turned out infront of the rear wheels or better yet a cheap set of side pipes if you could afford them ...

These cars look silly to us, but look back at your buddies "cool" car from high school................

It's all about having fun!

"These cars are NOT fast! And it's making me FURIOUS!!"

:D
I'm not trying to defend their Transformer/Dragonball/Speedracer design ques but I would not call their cars slow. When I was stationed in Okinawa there was a car call a Skyline with a DOHC, EFI, turbo charged inline 6 and they were fast. All the GI's that were into racing tried to get a Skyline. One GI I was stationed with completely disassembled a Skyline engine and mailed it home to put it in his 280Z. With very few mods the Skyline would run low 10's in the 1/4 at the Naha race track. Plus the turbo Fairladys (300Z) and the RX7s would give anyone a run for their money.

Nope. Here's an example of the setup, with some 35's. Not as extreme as I've seen, but you get the picture. Check out the offset on the wheels, too. Those unitized hubs up front have got to be screamin'. My buddy had trouble with those hubs while running 35's with a lot less offset, used to change them about once every couple of years. These probably go a year or less.

Here's some with 15.5 wide tires, ready for your truck. :clonk:
