I've been waiting for this day for 2.5 years - time to bring it to life!

I have had my new 385 finished for quite a while now, and it hasn't turned one single rev. Sunday I have a couple of friends coming over and we're going to get the velle fired up. I cant wait! Wish me luck.

Is it bad that I'm kind of hoping I wipe a lobe so I have an excuse to buy retrofit hyd roller stuff? Cruising/racing season is pretty much over so its not like I'm going to miss anything!

Had a problem with oil smoke after I discovered that I forgot to put silocone around the dipstick before installing it. Also having a problem with the fuel in the line running back. I shut it off during break in due to a problem and less than 5 minutes later the filter was dry.
