I have three different mirrors. One is stamped NH151339 on the base and also stamped with a little 2, also stamped with a little 73 ,all on base. Stamped, not cast into the base. Also stamped 11-DMI-2 on the glass. A round mirror with no bow-tie. Also the glass appears to be glued rather than held by a snap ring.

I think this is an original replacement mirror made in 1973 for 66-68 chevelle as well as some camaro's, corsairs, and nova.

The other two mirrors have 3874242 cast into the base, also something else casted like Pro..., Both have a bow-tie, Both have glass held in by a snap ring. Both have no stamp on the glass. I think both of these are for a 66 and early 67 chevelle as well as other gm of that time frame. What puzzles me is the absence of a stamp on the glass. Was the glass replaced or did this mirror come without a date on the glass?

Thanks for your opinions.

A little more clarity on the 3874242, The wording PRO prodents in side of a little football like symbol. Also says "made in the usa".

Can anyone identify the time frame these mirrors were made? Thanks.

It seems some 66 mirrors had CBC 3874242 with the bow-tie, snap ring and dated glass. If base stamped with Pro Poducts and 3874242, is that a different manufacturer?

Looks like there were original mirrors from the factory, gm replacement mirrors, and Reproduction Mirrors. Confusing.
