to have a black interior with white stripes on a 70? I have black interior that was just done and kinda want to paint the car Fathom blue with white stripes? Any thoughts?

I would want just a regular blue interior.But black would be my second choice.Nice color.

call me biased, but i think it would look killer.
i love the black interior on the velle, and luckly enough, mine was a factory black interior. the car was also blue (cant think of the name, but the paint code is 26).

go for i say, and i think u would really like it.

Personally I'd rather go with blue or white but thats just my opinion, black will also look nice. If you want a factory correct restoration then you should paint the car and do the interior exactly as it is on the trim tag.

Mine's just as you describe - Fathom blue, white stripes, black interior. I think it's a great combo. White interior would look nice, but too much trouble to keep clean in my opinion. One of the things I like about black is that everything always matches. I have a '71 Vette with blue interior and there are at least 3 shades of blue in it from inconsistencies in vinyls and vinyl dies.

I kind of like that combo also and my combo is exactly as it came from the factory. fathom Blue, Black Vinyl top, Black interior, White stripes.
