The color for my car says that it is Med. Blue, but some of the resto books only list light blue or bright blue for colors, witch one would be correct? Thanks Dino

I have no idea what year car you have, because you didn't list it...

Also,
quote:
The color for my car says that it is Med. Blue

but where did you get this info? Build sheet, window sticker, etc. How do you know thats the correct name for your color (another source?)

Don't always blindly trust any source (book or otherwise), even me
. If you need replacement pieces, ask the supplier for a color sample, and then match it yourself... Some years also used similar colors, but changed the name, or a supplier changed the names...

I bought carpet for mine in Bright Blue... Several years later, I went to buy carpeted floor mats, and luckily, the salesman suggested I get the color samples before ordering... They were free, and when I gotr them I realized that the Medium Blue color was the color I had originally wanted, but by ordering by the color name only ( I ordered "Bright Blue"), I actually got a slightly darker color than I wanted... I had to order new carpet, but unfortunately, I had already paid $190+ to redo my seat belts to match the carpet, so they are now the incorrect color... Luckily its not too different of a shade...

There is also a 731 code for Med. Bright Blue which would make your 738 (Med. Blue) the lighter blue.
