I got the phone call I've been waiting on for over two years. The guy I have been wanting to paint my '66 Chevelle SS called to say he would do my car next and to bring it over. To those of you who are painters, this is no big deal. To those of you who are not, this is like the doctor calling to say they found a donor for your heart transplant!! Just thought I'd share the news...

My friend, that has got to be the worst comparison I have ever heard in my life. Comparing whether you live or die with a paint job; I love my cars but that is sad. JN

Mostly tired paint and some flaking. No real rust to worry about. It has just gotten worse over the last few years. The pictures look a lot better than the real thing.
JN-I suppose it was a comparison that if taken seriously it could offend and I meant no disrespect to anyone suffering. I hope it was taken by most of the entusiasts that read it in the right vein instead of how you perceived it. You may want to lighten up a bit....
