I'm looking for a set of doors for my 65 Chevelle 2 dr ht. I was considering after markert reproductions but I am leary about the fit and finish. I would greatly appreciate any info has tried the repro stuff, or has a lead on aset of used doors.

I didn't know they made full door shells for the 65's? Where are you finding those? I re-skined mine and they came out fine.

x2 on full door shells. I have looked and neve found full door shells for '65s. Unless you need a full door just reskin the doors you have, thats what Im doing...

Kinda pricey, I think I've seen them for $380 on some other suppliers website.

Must be recently released because when I was buying up all the sheetmetal for my car about 2 months ago all anyone had were door skins.

Give Larry Patton a call at (413) 862-0061. I got a pair of doors from him last fall for my '65 convertible. I also believe that the doors for a HT and a vert are the same.

Thanks everyone for the responce! I will give Larry a call. I may end up getting the repro doors from OPG if I cant find any OEM. I'll let you guys know how the fit and finish endup.
